The Loss Mitigation Wizard is designed for the homeowner. It will walk you, step-by-step, through the process of entering the information we need to assist you. To use this online Wizard, you will need the letter that we sent you with your MDK file number. If you did not receive a letter, click "contact us" above and request one. You will also need a list of your expenses, income, and assets in order to complete the Wizard.
